At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Position: Commercial Agent** Work Location: Erechim/RS Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL RGE **Prerequisites:** * Completion of elementary education required (high school completion preferred); * Must perform outdoor work (exposed to weather, wind, rain, sun, walking); * Driver’s license (motorcycle or car) preferred – considered a differentiator but not mandatory; * Must reside in Erechim/RS. **Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):** Monthly reading of electricity meters and delivery of electricity bills and customer correspondence. Key responsibilities: * Perform meter readings, applying appropriate annotations when necessary; * Deliver electricity bills, issuing appropriate notifications to customers when necessary; * Deliver reminders and other registered correspondence when necessary; * Assess activity-related risks prior to execution, ensuring safe working conditions, physical integrity, and occupational safety; immediately report any hazardous situation to the supervisor; * Ensure all installations along the reading route are visited; when necessary, take photos of the meter, its reading, or field conditions preventing high-quality reading; * Actively participate in Daily Safety Dialogues and all other occupational safety initiatives; * Wear required uniforms, identification badges, and personal protective equipment (PPE) in good condition; * When necessary, collect overdue payments from customers, gather customer registration data for installation registration in the Distributor’s database, and support quality campaigns. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Talk to Us” Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Learn More About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in the Brazilian electric power sector.
