Collaborative environment and a growing company Position: **Final Art Designer** – Colbeck Uniformes **Passo Fundo – RS** On-site \| Customization / Art Department **Colbeck Uniformes** is looking for a **Final Art Designer** to join our customization team, ensuring technical and visual quality in uniform and customized material projects. If you enjoy transforming ideas into tangible products, possess attention to detail, and have a passion for design applied to production, this position is for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop **final artwork for embroidery, screen printing, and DTF** * Adjust, process, and vectorize client files * Create prints and visual materials for products and displays * Prepare technical files for production * Manage production orders within the system * Schedule and monitor workload for embroidery and DTF departments * Perform DTF printing and support the DTF application process * Provide technical support to production departments related to customization * Ensure organization, quality, and adherence to deadlines **Desired Knowledge** * CorelDRAW and Corel PhotoPaint * Preparing print-ready files for graphic production * Embroidery and screen printing marking * Image processing and vectorization * Intermediate/advanced computer skills * Experience in final art or pre-press graphic work is a plus Knowledge of **Wilcom**, DTF, or textile customization is a significant advantage. **Important Skills** * Organization and attention to detail * Communication and teamwork * Results- and deadline-oriented mindset * Problem-solving ability * Flexibility and continuous learning **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Disciplined and committed individual * Proactive and responsible * Thrives in a productive and dynamic environment * Takes pride in delivering high-quality work **What You’ll Find at Colbeck** * Collaborative environment * Growing company * Culture focused on quality and continuous improvement * Direct involvement in developing customers’ products and brand identity Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
