Operating service vehicles and safeguarding equipment **Responsibilities:** * Perform **water meter reading and re-reading**, inspect connections, and carry out **water supply cutoffs and reconnections** (as per local regulations); * **Identify and report fraud, leaks, and irregularities** in water and sewage connections; * **Update customer records**, deliver bills, informational materials, and notifications; * **Serve customers**, provide information about services, and support customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform **simple maintenance tasks**, such as replacing water meters, standardizing meter pedestals, and repairs (except in Manaus); * **Safely operate service vehicles** and safeguard work equipment; * Comply with standards related to **quality, environment, and occupational safety**. **Objective:** Ensure accurate measurement of water consumption, contribute to continuous service improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
