How about being part of this energy? **\#VemSerMoura**! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your daily routine at Moura:*** WHEN SERVING AS INVENTORY ASSISTANT: * Conducts daily inventory counts to verify stock levels and reports item replenishment needs to the immediate supervisor, ensuring no stockouts occur. * Manages item placement in the warehouse according to ABC classification, following pre\-established guidelines, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanical carts. * Separates batteries by route as previously directed, performs volume counts, supervises product loading, and validates the loading process using a loading checklist (dashboard). * Applies FIFO/FEFO principles, maintains quality of stored products, monitors returned items, and manages physical inventory through established cycle counting procedures to ensure inventory accuracy. * Identifies risk areas within the warehouse, labels products, organizes shelves and items in physical space, secures goods on pallets, cleans the warehouse and equipment. * Receives and verifies orders, unloads products, assigns storage locations, and forwards materials for warehousing via standard counting procedures to ensure accuracy of incoming stock. * Verifies whether the truck seal is intact, checks pallet securing, quantities, and models; promptly reports discrepancies and damages during loading to the immediate supervisor, following pre\-established instructions. WHEN SERVING AS DELIVERY ASSISTANT: * Receives and verifies orders, unloads products, assigns storage locations, and forwards materials for warehousing via standard counting procedures to ensure accuracy of incoming stock. * Verifies whether the truck seal is intact, checks pallet securing, quantities, and models; promptly reports discrepancies and damages during loading to the immediate supervisor, following pre\-established instructions. * Ensures goods are properly loaded onto vehicles per route, pre\-verifies delivery locations, sequences deliveries according to schedule, sorts and delivers packages by destination, and ensures FIFO compliance at customer sites. * Performs cargo transshipment, moves goods into vehicles, unloads merchandise, places loads at loading/unloading terminals, and distributes cargo across pallets. WHEN SERVING AS FORKLIFT OPERATOR: * Organizes item placement in the warehouse according to ABC classification, following pre\-established guidelines, operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and mechanical carts. * Identifies risk areas within the warehouse, labels products, organizes shelves and items in physical space, secures goods on pallets, cleans the warehouse and equipment. * Manually handles goods or operates forklifts and/or pallet jacks to unload merchandise, place loads at loading terminals, and distribute cargo across pallets. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **WHAT WE SEEK?** ***Education:*** * Completed elementary education. ***Preferred:*** * Completed high school education. ***Knowledge:*** * Fleet Management * Inventory Management * Customer Service **Additional Information** ***What do we offer?*** In our unique Moura way, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
