* Provide services to indigenous people in their territories;
* Facilitate access to the Unified Health System (SUS);
* Accompany patients during treatment and optimize appointments;
* Coordinate information exchange between villages and health services;
* Prepare reports and facilitate access to public policies and social assistance.
**Requirements:**
* Higher education degree, diploma in Social Services issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education;
* Registration with the Regional Council of Social Work in the state of practice.
