How about becoming part of this energy? **\#VemSerMoura**! **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Moura:*** * Analyze battery condition, identify valid and invalid defect indicators, clean battery terminals, and verify electrical characteristics of the product according to criteria specified in standard UNQ3908\. * Verify whether alternator output voltage is compatible with the battery; test the engine to check for parasitic current draw. * Review information recorded on customer warranty cards to confirm compliance with warranty eligibility criteria. * Enter service-related information into the Online Warranty System and generate service or warranty reports where applicable. * Replace batteries with valid defects, recharge and replace batteries in vehicles, and dispatch warranty-covered batteries to the factory. * Submit reports and register New Batteries (BTN) and Replacement Batteries (BTR) for review and analysis by the logistics department and factory. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **WHAT WE SEEK?** ***Education:*** * Technical-level qualification (mechanics, electricity, electro-electronics, automotive maintenance, or related fields). ***Knowledge:*** * Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Customer service * Product quality * Inventory management **Additional Information** ***What do we offer?*** In the Moura way, we believe people are the energy that drives the future.
