**Description:** We are seeking a Generalist Personnel and Human Resources Assistant to broadly handle administrative personnel routines and provide support in HR activities. The professional will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal obligations, as well as contributing to employee development and well-being. Main Responsibilities **Personnel Department:** Assist in employee admission, termination, and onboarding processes; Perform data entry and verification for payroll; Manage electronic time records, vacations, leaves, and benefits; Maintain up-to-date employee registrations and documentation. **Human Resources:** Support recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.); Participate in organizing training sessions and internal marketing initiatives; Monitor HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, employee engagement, etc.); Contribute to maintaining a positive organizational climate and internal culture.
