We value diversity, autonomy, and individual accountability, providing our employees with an inspiring and challenging environment. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement IT governance policies, processes, and controls aligned with organizational strategy; * Monitor and assess IT practices’ compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry best practice requirements; * Conduct audits and advisory services for IT projects and processes, identifying risks and improvement opportunities; * Prepare management reports and present them to leadership and stakeholders; * Participate in IT investment planning and management; * Coordinate implementation of IT governance frameworks, standards, and guidelines; * Support definition and dissemination of information security policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Governance Analyst or similar role; * Solid knowledge of IT governance frameworks and best practices (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, ISO 38500, etc.); * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; * Good verbal and written communication skills, with ease in presentation and negotiation; * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Relevant IT governance certifications such as CGEIT, CISA, or CRISC are preferred. * Availability to work onsite in Passo Fundo (RS) **Development Opportunities:** * Continuous training and development program, including access to courses, workshops, and certifications; * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement into leadership roles within IT governance; * Participation in the organization’s strategic and digital transformation projects; * Diverse work environment offering interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities.
