Job Summary: We are looking for an agile, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers, process sales, and maintain an organized store environment. We seek a committed individual focused on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to maintaining a consistently organized and welcoming store environment. **Salary:** R$ 1\.812,95 **Working Hours:** 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM, with a 1-hour break, Monday through Saturday (Sundays and holidays scheduled on rotation). **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VA) (R$ 600,00\) \+ 10% monthly cash-handling bonus \+ performance-based incentives. **Work Locations:** Cavalhada, Matriz, Carlos Gomes, and Canoas. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers and assist them in selecting products; * Process sales and complete payments at the cash register; * Organize and restock products on shelves; * Maintain a clean and organized environment; * Register and look up products in the system using a computer. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service or sales; * Basic computer skills.
