Job Summary: A communications professional to support the planning and execution of internal communication for programs, ensuring alignment and producing relevant materials. Key Highlights: 1. Translate technical messages into simple language Description: * Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Communications, or related fields; * Experience in internal communication is desirable; * Experience in change management or organizational transformation projects is a plus; * Proficiency in tools such as intranet, newsletters, and presentations; * Experience with SAP or other integrated systems is desirable. * Support the planning and execution of communication for the K3 Program; * Translate technical SAP messages into simple language; * Ensure communication aligns with 3tentos' culture; * Produce internal materials, campaigns, and announcements; * Support internal training communication and organization; * Collaborate with Institutional Communication and HR teams; * Monitor feedback and propose adjustments to communication; * Support leaders and ambassadors in project-related communication. 2512060202191849259
