Job Summary: The Apprenticeship Instructor will be responsible for training young people in the apprenticeship program, delivering and planning theoretical sessions, and mediating the development of competencies. If you are from Erechim or the surrounding region, interested in preparing young people for the world of work, communicative, and skilled at facilitating discussions— THIS OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE\-RS! **Responsibilities:** * Deliver training to young people in the apprenticeship program, adhering to the program’s methodology and guidelines; * Deliver and plan theoretical apprenticeship sessions, considering the methodology and specific realities of each group; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and the development of workplace competencies; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process for adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices’ development, providing appropriate follow-up when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices’ attendance in theoretical training; * Enter required information into the internal system; * Propose and participate in follow-up meetings with apprentices, partner companies, and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility and suggest improvements when necessary; * Provide support for other departmental activities as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in the final semesters of Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education programs; * Prior experience in education and/or working with youth is desirable; **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **"Here, everyone has space to grow.
