Ensure product quality, food safety, and proper product preservation **Job Description:** ---------------------- Conduct training, guidance, and technical support in bakery operations for customers and staff, ensuring correct handling, preparation, and preservation of products, as well as compliance with quality and food safety standards. Responsibilities: Train customers' employees on the proper handling of bakery products according to company-established standards. Operate ovens and other equipment to bake and finish products. Guide customers on appropriate use of ovens and other equipment to ensure efficiency and quality during preparation. Handle and decorate breads, sweets, and savory items according to the company's defined quality and standardization criteria. Ensure quality, food safety, and proper preservation of products and ingredients at the customer's premises. Serve end customers by clarifying doubts regarding products and preparation methods. Comply with and reinforce hygiene standards, good manufacturing practices, and food safety requirements. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education (technical or vocational training in Bakery, Confectionery, Gastronomy, or related fields is desirable). Experience in bakery operations and customer service.
