We are seeking a Senior IT/Telecom Infrastructure Analyst to support and evolve our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and resilience of on\-premises and cloud environments. If you take pride in serving, act with ownership, have the courage to make things happen, and are interested in joining a company that transforms people, apply now and become part of our journey! **\#febralovers** **Responsibilities and duties** * Administer and maintain **on\-premises** environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance; * Manage **Fortinet Firewalls (FortiGate)**, including security policies, VPNs, rules, and troubleshooting; * Administer **UniFi Wi\-Fi** environments, ensuring coverage, performance, and availability; * Manage and provide support for **CCTV** and **Access Control** solutions; * Monitor infrastructure, services, and applications using **Zabbix and Grafana**, creating alerts, dashboards, and performance analyses; * Administer **cloud** environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and DigitalOcean); * Administer **virtualization** environments (VMware and Hyper\-V); * Manage the lifecycle and refresh of infrastructure equipment; * Manage Telecom: Internet links, VoIP telephony, and mobile telephony; * Use and administer **GLPI** for incident management, asset tracking, contract management, and knowledge base; * Coordinate technical support activities, ensuring compliance with **SLAs** and operational best practices; * Generate, analyze, and present **performance indicators (KPIs)** and executive reports on infrastructure, support, and availability; * Propose and implement **continuous improvements** focused on optimizing infrastructure, system performance, and resilience of critical systems; * Document environments, processes, and technical standards; * Analyze critical incidents and define corrective and preventive action plans. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related Technology fields; * Solid foundation in IT infrastructure (on\-premises and cloud), networking, and advanced technical support; * Practical experience with cloud environments: AWS, GCP, and DigitalOcean; * Practical experience with GLPI for incident management, asset tracking, contract management, and knowledge base; * Experience generating performance indicator and KPI reports; * Strong troubleshooting capability in critical, high-availability environments; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred qualifications** * Certifications such as Fortinet, ITIL, AWS, or similar; * Experience with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure as Code; * Participation in infrastructure deployment for large-scale events. * Behavioral competencies * Analytical profile with results orientation; * Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. **Additional information** As a PJ contractor, you will be entitled to vacation after 12 months of contract, and: * **TotalPass** * **Starbem** At **Febracis**, we believe in the power of transformative connections.
