




Job Summary: Field supervisor responsible for overseeing construction and maintenance activities of substations and transmission lines, including team and project management. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of construction and maintenance activities for substations and power lines. 2. Management of field-based electrical and civil construction teams and projects. 3. Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. \*Work Schedule:\* * 5x2 – For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or nearby cities; we have projects in various cities such as Erechim, Lagoa Vermelha, Gramado, Santa Maria, and others. * 21x2 for candidates residing in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. * 90x10 \- for candidates residing in other Brazilian states. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18. Details will be explained during the interview. * **Prerequisites:** * Experience in substation construction projects. * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required. * Knowledge of maintenance and construction of substations up to 500 kV required. * Availability for 5x2, 21x2, or 90x10 work schedules. * Willingness to travel and stay in accommodations or lodging. * Familiarity with technical standards and regulations applicable to the activity. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and electromechanical project drawings. * Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of civil construction. * Management of civil and electrical construction teams. * Driver’s license category B. * Supervise field activities carried out by teams, including construction and maintenance of substations and transmission lines. * Prepare and maintain reports and performance indicators related to the construction site under your responsibility. * Manage and ensure adherence to scheduled field activities. * Conduct on-site feasibility assessments for planned activities and schedules. Monitor working hours of your team (field workforce) in compliance with Brazilian labor legislation. Operate company vehicles and ensure proper use of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under your responsibility, per GEDs (task manuals). * Ensure all team members perform field activities in accordance with CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures (GEDs). * Conduct daily safety dialogues (DDS) on-site, focused on health, safety, and operational procedures. * Ensure correct use and proper condition of PPE, collective protective equipment (EPC), and tools by the field team (workforce), and enforce compliance with operational procedures per GEDs. * Perform and supervise, when necessary, detailed inspections of transmission lines and substations to verify technical details specified in project documentation. * Ensure adequate working conditions for field teams (e.g., PPE, EPC, tools, restrooms, etc.) and monitor safety inspections conducted on teams under your responsibility; address inspection findings with leadership when required. * Participate in kick-off and hand-over meetings when necessary. * Support cost management for assigned projects in coordination with leadership, and propose action plans to mitigate costs when needed.
