Collaborate to build and share valuable insights, filling blank spaces with creative ideas. **What you’ll do daily:** Serve as a Marketing Analytics and Reporting specialist, supporting strategic decisions through data analysis and generating high-impact insights; Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies focused on performance improvement, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making; Analyze trends, behaviors, and campaign results, translating data into practical and actionable recommendations; Create, maintain, and evolve executive reports and dashboards, ensuring clarity in communicating key performance indicators (KPIs); Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, data, technology, and business) to align with clients’ and the organization’s strategic objectives; Support the development of data-driven marketing initiatives using advanced analytics tools; Lead discussions with stakeholders, support critical decisions, and propose innovative solutions to complex data- and marketing-related challenges. **What we’re looking for in the person joining our team:** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Solid experience in Marketing Analytics and Reporting; Experience integrating data in cloud environments; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in related roles or competencies; Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields (e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines); Strong analytical capability, structured thinking, and results orientation; Ability to translate complex analyses into clear narratives for executive audiences; Strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and ease in engaging with diverse stakeholder profiles. ### **Additionally, knowledge in the following is desirable:** Adobe Analytics; Accenture Solutions.AI – Marketing solutions; Digital media platforms, with emphasis on Facebook Ads; Advanced English proficiency.
