Talent development and promotion of a productive work environment * **POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER** * Employment Type: CLT * **Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** * Remuneration: To be negotiated \*Main Responsibilities\* * Lead store operations by monitoring performance indicators, defining commercial strategies, and ensuring consistent results and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Manage and develop the team, promoting engagement, goal tracking, and a healthy, productive work environment. * Handle people management for the unit, including recruitment, onboarding, integration, performance evaluations, feedback, working hour control, vacation management, and coordination with HR. * Ensure compliance with sales and customer service standards, supporting the team in negotiations, validation of commercial terms, and deal closure. * Ensure proper use of commercial management and data analysis tools to increase conversion rates and continuously improve results. * Manage vehicle inventory flow, defining sales, trade-in, and pricing strategies. * Handle administrative and financial management of the store, including cost control, expenses, cash flow, and inventory. * Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance. * Provide customer service when necessary, ensuring technical support, issue resolution, and customer retention. * Monitor market trends and competition to support strategic decision-making for the unit. * Represent the company at events and within the local community. * Oversee store opening and closing procedures, safeguarding assets, security, compliance with internal policies, and proper use of PPE. **\*Requirements\*** * Prior experience: Must have previous experience in this role. * Experience: Minimum 5 years as Sales Manager and/or After-Sales Manager. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Processes, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Commercial Management, People Management, or Business Management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / LibreOffice. * Sales negotiation techniques and knowledge of the company’s products and services. * People management. * Business management. * Automotive industry. **\*Benefits\*** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * Life insurance * AVUS Star Bem * Educational partnership * Unimed health plan * Uniodonto dental plan * Annual PLR bonus * Gympass/Wellhub membership Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
