"Educator Leader" profile to develop people and engage teams **Production Coordinator** Position located in Erechim/RS Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Proven experience in managing industrial production teams; \- Proficiency in production management tools, safety standards, and lean methodologies; \- Ability to identify production bottlenecks and implement improvements supporting sustainable growth and revenue targets; **\-** Proactive attitude, analytical capability, and ability to directly interface between Production and PCP. **\-** "Educator Leader" profile, focused on developing people and engaging teams to achieve high-performance results. OBS: Experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, and the metal-mechanical industry will be considered a plus.
