




Responsibilities: \- Prospecting new clients, updating information systems; \- Lead Conversion: Working with leads from paid traffic, conducting negotiations and converting opportunities into sales with excellence; \- Referral Management: Encouraging and managing the referral portfolio, strengthening the client network through high-quality service; \- Sales Closing: Managing all stages of the sales process, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a positive customer experience; \- Customer Service: Providing personalized support, building strong and lasting relationships; \- Internal and external activities to prospect new clients. Requirements: \- Basic knowledge of Excel; \- Knowledge of sales funnel; \- Excellent verbal and written communication; \- Responsibility, organization, and focus on results; \- Proactive profile with initiative.
