We have an opportunity to join Renner and take on the challenge of working within the accounts payable department. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the accounts payable team in its daily activities. * Execute supplier payments for Brazil and LATAM. * Carry out monthly closing activities. * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs. * Report to management on the status of critical daily activities. * Monitor processes to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines, avoidance of penalties/interest, and compliance with company procedures and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable at large enterprises, covering payment processing, remittance file submissions, bank reconciliation, rejection analysis, analysis and settlement of overdue invoices, and analysis and protest resolution. * Handling internal and external audit requests. * Process mapping and implementation of improvements in controls and automation. * Experience with international payments, preferably in Latin American countries. * Experience developing KPIs, metrics, and management reports. * Bachelor’s or technical degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel (basic formulas, data cross-referencing, creation and use of macros). * Basic English for writing e\-mails. * Intermediate Spanish for writing and conducting meetings with other departments and suppliers. * Experience in process mapping and implementing improvements in controls and automation. * Intermediate English for writing e\-mails and communicating with other countries. **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Please check eligibility based on your position.
