The Quero-Quero Store Manager Program is an opportunity for retail leaders with an entrepreneurial profile who wish to advance their careers at one of the largest companies in Brazil's Home & Construction sector. _What will you do? Initially, you will join our store manager training program, learning about our company culture and participating in leadership and internal process training sessions, combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you to manage one of our branches. After completing your training, you will: - Assume management of one of our branches; - Deliver and ensure excellent customer service and community engagement, as well as maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers; - Foster team motivation and engagement by cultivating a positive work environment aligned with company values; - Lead and train your team to achieve company-defined performance goals; - Monitor and manage branch performance results; - Ensure execution of team tasks and daily store operations. _Who are we looking for? Retail team leaders from Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Santa Catarina (SC), Parana (PR), Mato Grosso do Sul (MS), and Sao Paulo (SP) states, with experience in construction materials and/or electronics, furniture, or financial services, and who are available for travel and relocation.
