Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Network Technical Assistant to support the deployment, maintenance, and technical support activities of the telecommunications network, operating in the field with a focus on quality, safety, continuous learning, and results delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; Assist in customer activation, maintenance, and technical support; Support equipment configuration and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and fiber-optic networks; Assist in installation, maintenance, and configuration of equipment on internet towers; Support equipment removal from customer sites; Assist in fiber-optic cable splicing, cable preparation, and splice execution; Support identification of defects in the network and equipment; Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of the fiber-optic network; Support fiber, cable, and optical box alignment; Assist in cases of fiber-optic cable breakage; Support development and execution of installation projects and technical documentation; Assist in high-altitude work using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Operate company vehicles responsibly and with care; Assist in low-voltage electrical maintenance, air conditioning systems, data transmission, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); Support new deployments and projects; Assist in handling low-voltage generators; Participate in on-call duty schedules when required; Support inventory management, material and network asset movement, and registration; Comply with safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Travel as required; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Perform other duties related to the area as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; Technical experience in telecommunications is desirable; Driver's license category B; Required knowledge: o Microsoft Office suite; o NR10 (Electrical Safety Regulation); o NR35 (Work at Heights Regulation). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Organization and attention to detail; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams; Resilience and willingness to learn; Agility and proactivity; Trustworthiness and sense of responsibility; Results orientation; Customer focus; Interest in professional development and growth. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance/food voucher Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- Nonoai – RS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Nonoai.
