With well-structured production processes, Gangas **values professionals who are committed, skilled, and eager to grow alongside the organization.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare and perform cutting of woven fabrics and knits * Mark fabric according to patterns using the Audaces system or manually * Cut using industrial disc machines, knife machines, or scissors * Bundle fabrics and sort cut pieces by output/department * Place cut pieces into cutting boxes and notify the sewing supervisor * Organize the workplace and prepare machines for high-quality cutting * Ensure proper storage, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and materials **REQUIREMENTS** Technical knowledge: * Cutting of woven fabrics and knits * Pattern reading and interpretation * Operation of industrial cutting machines * Audaces system nesting (preferred/desirable) * Basic understanding of bundling and batch separation **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS** * **Meal Allowance**: BRL 12.00/day — Ticket Card * **Transportation Allowance**: Optional or BRL 10.50/day — Pluxee Card * **Attendance Bonus**: Monthly basic food basket * **Health Insurance**: Available after 90 days * **Gympass**: Available after 90 days **WORK SCHEDULE**: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 (1-hour break) * Friday: 08:00–16:45 (1-hour break) Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
