Support for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement Job Responsibilities: * Collect, process, and analyze operational and maintenance data, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, energy, and reliability. * Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports on platforms such as Power BI, Excel, ERP, CMMS, EAM, etc. * Track performance against operational, financial, and reliability targets (OPEX, CAPEX, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.). * Consolidate periodic results (daily, weekly, monthly) and prepare presentations for performance review meetings. * Conduct statistical and trend analyses to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to the standardization of analytical processes and the development of continuous improvement methodologies. * Support budget planning (OPEX and CAPEX) and monitoring of operational costs. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS and EAM). Experience with IBM Maximo and predictive systems incorporating machine learning (ML) is a plus. * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL). * Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and industrial operations KPIs. * Familiarity with statistics, reliability engineering, PCM, and process control. * Ability to interpret technical reports and data from industrial systems (SCADA, CMMS, EAM, ERP).
