Work in a team and comply with safety regulations. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Business hours and shifts **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Operate machinery according to established quality and safety standards. * Perform adjustments and basic maintenance on machines to ensure proper equipment operation. * Monitor the injection process, identifying and correcting potential failures during production. * Control the quality of injection-molded products by conducting visual inspections and tests as required. * Monitor the injection process and adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and cycle time when necessary to ensure part quality. * Conduct visual inspection of injection-molded parts, identifying and segregating defective products (dimensional and visual quality control). * Perform deburring and initial finishing of parts. * Assist with mold changes and machine setups when required. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and equipment preservation. * Record production data in production orders or specific systems. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience operating PIR injection molding machines. * Knowledge of quality control and inspection of injection-molded parts. * Ability to work in a team and comply with safety regulations. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Willingness to relocate to Santa Catarina. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Life insurance, Transportation allowance, Meal voucher, Food allowance
