Perform finishing and palletization of produced parts. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for operating conventional or CNC machines (smaller-scale and less complex in operation, with greater focus on keyway milling machine operation), checking measurements and approving parts with quality control; performing finishing and palletization of produced parts; recording production data; handling materials and performing other similar tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** Operate conventional and computer numerical control (CNC) machines (smaller-scale and less complex in operation), verifying production orders and work instructions, changing tools, adjusting parameters, loading or modifying settings, initiating commands, and performing measurements to produce parts, meet quality standards, and achieve production targets. Check measurements and approve parts with quality control using measuring instruments, identifying deviations and making adjustments under supervision and guidance to maintain production progress and ensure established quality standards. Perform finishing and palletization of produced parts, including cleaning, deburring, and/or applying protective oil, to prepare parts for the next process. Record production data, logging name, date, quantities, productive and non-productive time, rejected parts, and reasons, to provide information for statistical process control. Handle materials using manual carts, overhead cranes, electric or hydraulic pallet jacks. Keep immediate supervisor informed about task progress, request machine maintenance, clarify doubts, and/or suggest corrective actions for identified issues. Dispose of waste properly according to internal procedures. Comply with company, quality, and occupational safety regulations and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, as well as machines and/or equipment used.
