CNC Electrical Maintenance Technician
**** OPPORTUNITY FOR IN-PERSON WORK IN THE CITY OF ERECHIM, RIO GRANDE DO SUL ****
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an electro-electronic maintenance technician to work with CNC machining equipment. This professional will be responsible for:
* Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on CNC equipment, ensuring full operation and providing leadership support to the maintenance technicians team
* Diagnosing faults in electrical, electronic, and industrial automation systems;
* Conducting repairs and adjustments on numerical controls (CNC), frequency inverters, PLCs, and sensors;
* Performing parameterization and replacement of electronic components;
* Providing technical support to mechanical maintenance teams and production;
* Participating in the development of maintenance plans and improvements in electrical systems;
* Working with brands and systems such as FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain, among others.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed technical education in Electroelectronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related fields;
* Strong expertise in electro-electronic maintenance of CNC machines, with proven experience in systems such as FANUC, Siemens and similar;
* Expertise in CNC parameterization, axis zeroing procedures, replacement and configuration of positioning transducers (encoders and linear scales), power supplies, power drives and control modules;
* Ability to perform system backups, both over network and directly on the machine;
* Practical experience in electrical and electronic maintenance of CNC machines in industrial environments, including vertical and horizontal machining centers, lathes, grinders, and milling machines;
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and industrial automation schematics;
* Practical knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks;
* Applied knowledge of NR-10 and NR-12 regulations, particularly related to machining systems;
* Applied understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic system logic;
* Analytical profile, with strong diagnostic capability and ability to solve faults in electro-electronic systems;
**Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
