More experienced employees may technically guide the work team on general activities. I Perform general civil construction tasks, including foundations, block laying, scratch coat, rendering, finishing, demolition, and other related services. II Perform hydraulic installation activities (water and sewage). III Read project plans and sketches to ensure that work is carried out according to the specifications previously defined by the Engineering department and the site supervisor. IV Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment. V Assist in base layout activities by supporting the surveyor. VI Support field data collection to assist the engineering team in developing civil projects. VII Assist in planning activities together with the site supervisor. VIII Build formwork and alignment guides for civil construction in substations. IX Guide and supervise civil construction activities performed by the team.
