Job Summary:
Manage factory equipment maintenance, including planning and monitoring corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities to optimize costs and productivity.

The **Maintenance Supervisor** will perform operational maintenance management for factory equipment through planning and monitoring of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, thereby contributing to the company’s cost efficiency, productivity, and working conditions.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Participate in departmental project management aimed at improving processes and working conditions.
* Organize and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for production unit equipment and facilities, focusing on cost optimization, extended equipment service life, alignment with manufacturing needs, and excellence in service delivery.
* Administer personal performance indicators within the management system, conduct periodic meetings, and perform on-site activity follow-up to support decision-making.
* Manage the team (feedback, development, selection, retention, training, compensation).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Prior experience in maintenance-related activities is desirable;
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
