The following will be considered advantageous: * A postgraduate degree in Marketing or related fields may be an advantage; * Experience in digital marketing and social media management; * Branding; * Data analysis tools and performance metrics; * Embracing the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Updating departmental KPIs when necessary; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Performing other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Providing communication support and assistance, reviewing and approving franchisee marketing materials, and offering guidance on applicable communication guidelines; * Managing procurement processes for the department, submitting requests to the Legal Department; * Participating in campaign and brand-related planning activities in collaboration with agencies and suppliers; * Monitoring the creative agenda with the advertising agency; * Conducting market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights for marketing strategy development; * Developing and executing marketing and communication plans, including defining objectives, target audience, key messages, and appropriate communication channels; * Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign results, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing adjustments to optimize performance; * Developing marketing materials—such as brochures, presentations, advertisements, and website content—ensuring visual and written communication quality and consistency. 2512210202551931214
