Main Responsibilities as a Production Scheduler: * Control production scheduling and monitor production lines, verifying scheduled vs. executed production orders, priorities, analyzing reports, raw material constraints, committed deadlines, and delivery forecasts; contacting planners and/or parts and components responsible parties to synchronize final product delivery and assembly and fulfill the established plan; * Keep responsible parties informed about production scheduling priorities, identifying urgent work orders, establishing systematic communication with production to prioritize and optimize assembly execution in the production process; * Analyze production scheduling adherence, participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual performance, identifying root causes, examining forecasts, raw material constraints, productive capacity, and escalating findings to responsible parties to develop and/or implement production solutions and improvements; * Maintain contact with responsible parties and/or interfacing departments to clarify doubts, gather information, notify and/or resolve issues, among others; * Suggest and/or implement improvements in production scheduling and control, participating in meetings, identifying problems, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting targets to optimize results. 2512100202181763317
