




Job Summary: The Production Programmer controls and monitors production scheduling, analyzes adherence, and implements improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Suggestion and implementation of production improvements Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Computer literacy / Microsoft Office suite. Main Responsibilities as a Production Programmer: * Control production scheduling and monitor production lines, verifying scheduled vs. executed production orders, priorities, analyzing reports, raw material constraints, committed deadlines, and delivery forecasts; contacting planners and/or parts and components responsible parties to synchronize final product delivery and assembly and fulfill the established plan; * Keep responsible parties informed about production scheduling priorities, identifying urgent work orders, establishing systematic communication with production to prioritize and optimize assembly execution in the production process; * Analyze production scheduling adherence, participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual output, identifying root causes, examining forecasts, raw material constraints, productive capacity, and escalating issues to responsible parties to develop and/or implement solutions and production improvements; * Maintain contact with responsible parties and/or interfacing departments to resolve doubts, gather information, notify and/or solve problems, among others; * Suggest and/or implement improvements in production scheduling and control, participating in meetings, identifying problems, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting targets to optimize results. 2511090202181763317
