




Job Summary: The Production Programmer controls and monitors production line scheduling, analyzes schedule adherence, and implements improvements to ensure on-time delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities as a Production Programmer: * Control production scheduling and monitor production lines, verifying scheduled vs. executed production orders, priorities, analyzing reports, raw material constraints, committed deadlines, and delivery forecasts; contacting planners and/or parts and components responsible parties to synchronize component delivery and final product assembly, thereby fulfilling the established production plan; * Keep responsible parties informed about production scheduling priorities, identifying urgent work orders, establishing systematic communication with production teams to prioritize and optimize assembly execution within the production process; * Analyze production scheduling adherence by participating in meetings, comparing planned vs. actual output, identifying root causes, reviewing forecasts, raw material constraints, and production capacity, then escalating issues to responsible parties to develop and/or implement solutions and production improvements; * Maintain contact with responsible parties and/or interfacing departments to clarify doubts, gather information, notify and/or resolve issues, among others; * Suggest and/or implement improvements to production scheduling and control by participating in meetings, identifying problems, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting targets to optimize results. 2512100202181763317
