Job Summary: The professional will develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive competencies, and participate in the development and implementation of plans and projects in this field. Education Completed High School in the Normal Magistério modality OR Completed High School \+ Specific courses in the field of activity (Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance) OR Currently pursuing a university degree in the field of activity (Pedagogy, Specific Teaching Licenses: Physical Education, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Plastic Arts, Music, Dance). Experience Experience conducting educational, cultural, recreational, and socioemotional workshops for children and adolescents, with involvement in educational and/or social projects related to childhood and adolescence, implemented in after-school settings. Experience in volunteer work in the educational field with children and/or adolescents, carried out in NGOs or non-school educational environments. Experience using educational technologies and digital platforms. Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the position’s area. Develop and monitor extracurricular educational activities through research, analysis, interpretation, and understanding, promoting cognitive and non-cognitive competencies (teamwork, interpersonal relationships, resilience, leadership, creativity) within non-formal education programs. Prepare and deliver training programs relevant to the position’s area of expertise and/or integrated programs. Maintain control and records of learners’ progress and performance, in accordance with current regulations and legislation. Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of processes within the position’s area. Participate, as a team member, in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within the position’s area of expertise and/or integrated projects. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials in the position’s area.
