Responsibilities: Operating cash registers and POS systems; Training, guiding, and supervising multifunctional operators and assistants; Monitoring the performance of multifunctional operators and assistants; Picking and registering goods sold via telesales, releasing orders; Tracking card and credit payments; Maintaining organization at checkout counters and store areas; Performing opening, closing, replenishment, and cash withdrawals/withdrawals from cash registers/POS systems; Processing cancellations, returns, exchanges, and reversals for general merchandise.
