Join us and **be part of this transformation** We have openings on our **Technology team!** Requirements: * Significant experience as a backend developer, with a proven track record of successful projects in complex environments. * **Proficiency in Java and associated frameworks, especially Spring Boot.** * Bachelor’s degree and experience in highly quantitative fields (computer science and engineering, statistics, physics, mathematics, econometrics, information systems, etc.); * Experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle, including schema design, query optimization, and transaction management. * Practical experience with AWS services, including ECS, EKS, S3, and Secret Manager. * Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar. * Knowledge of containerization, development, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. * Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs. * Ability to clearly and understandably explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. **A glimpse into your day-to-day with us:** * Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. * Ensure high-quality code by adhering to best coding practices, design patterns, and SOLID principles. * Design, develop, and maintain efficient and secure RESTful APIs. * Ensure APIs are well-documented, testable, and scalable. * Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of complete, integrated solutions. * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members. **Work model:** * Remote (Brazil). **Employment model:** * CLT employment contract.
