Description: Academic Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Development, Computer Networks, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: * Prior experience in the role is desirable. Specific Knowledge: * Proficiency in written expression and verbal fluency; * Strong communication skills and emotional balance; * Logical reasoning ability, and basic knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics; * Familiarity with administrative and operational routines in the field of practice; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards applicable to the field of practice: planning and administration; * Proficiency in computer applications and information systems used in the field of practice: Word, Excel, Outlook, and database usage. Other Requirements: * Driver’s License Category B: Desirable * Availability to work on weekends: Desirable * Availability to travel: Desirable Develop teaching plans and lesson plans according to the courses offered by the Institution; Deliver classes and training at the Institution’s Operational Units, including in-company instruction, using explanatory, interactive, and expository methods; Carry out complementary activities related to the development of teaching and learning processes; Design and implement practical and theoretical learning activities; Prepare and conduct hands-on workshops at social events; Develop assessments aligned with classroom content; Grade exams and record partial scores and final averages; Guide students during internships, supporting them in project development and necessary corrections; Support and assist students in clarifying general questions; Develop instructional materials for use in courses delivered by the Institution; Prepare lists of inputs required for acquiring materials needed for practical classes; Prepare lists of equipment and tools required for conducting practical classes; Train students for participation in Olympiads and other competitive events; Provide technical consulting services in partnership with STI when requested or required; Participate in Sectoral Technical Committees for the development and revision of training pathways; Request and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment; Train service-providing instructors on course delivery and adopted methodologies; Inspect and organize laboratories for practical classes, supply storerooms, and input depots; Develop items for SAEP within the area of expertise; Record classroom-taught content in the Institution’s standardized, approved documentation; Perform other related duties assigned to the home unit.
