Good luck! **Unicred Eleva** is seeking a professional to join its team in Erechim/RS to manage the individual members’ portfolio, providing personalized financial advisory services and guidance on financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the individual members’ portfolio, acting as a Financial Planner, aiming to foster member loyalty; * Promote financial products and services with a focus on the Cooperative’s results; * Prospect new business opportunities; * Monitor the credit cycle and, when necessary, carry out initial collection procedures; * Be responsible for the formalities related to business transactions; * Continuously pursue internal and external updates to optimize business strategies; * Guide members on how to use self-service and relationship channels; * Promote cooperative principles, as well as the Cooperative’s products and services, among employees, members, and the community. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Cooperative Studies, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree (Master’s or Specialization) in Banking, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, Finance, or related fields is desirable; * Valid CPA-10 certification; * Certifications such as CPA-20, CEA, ANCORD, or CFP are considered advantageous; * Experience in a financial institution; * Availability for domestic travel. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred Núcleo Geração employees:** The candidate must be a Unicred system employee with at least one year of tenure and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
