Job Summary: Lead, organize, and guide the salon team, ensuring compliance with operational standards, coordinating customer service, and maintaining a well-organized environment. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and work environment \- Lead, organize, and guide the salon team. \- Ensure compliance with technical operational standards (TOS). \- Coordinate customer service, waiting queues, reservations, and delivery platforms. \- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the salon throughout operating hours. \- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure service quality. \- Support training and onboarding of new employees. \- Maintain a positive working environment among staff. \- Monitor restocking of products, utensils, and departmental supplies. \- Maintain efficient communication between the salon, cafeteria, gelato station, and kitchen. \- Perform other related duties as directed by management and according to company needs, contributing to smooth operational functioning. \- Understand, promote, and embody the company's mission, vision, and values. Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 12:45\-19:00 (responsible for store opening) When scheduled on Sunday: 13:45\-20:00 Monday: Day off Two Sundays off per month \* Once per week, the employee will work morning shifts to meet weekly working hour requirements (to be scheduled with management) Fixed Remuneration: R$2\.200,00\+R$380,00 cost-of-living allowance Payment: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.580,00 per month Work Location: On-site
