




Description: * Prior experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Operations roles involving on-site or in-person work. * Strong influencing and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive process changes. * High autonomy, proactivity, and ability to act as the solution owner within the client’s environment. * Analytical capability to translate observations and operational data into actionable plans. * Availability for on-site work at client locations (Rio de Janeiro and/or São Paulo). * Serve as the on-site focal point for the client’s Procurement and/or Supplier Registration teams, ensuring correct and strategic use of the Gedanken platform. * Map, document, and optimize on-site supplier management processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing real-time solutions. * Lead and monitor supplier qualification and re-qualification workflows, working directly with the client to accelerate supplier adoption and engagement. * Coordinate action plans and communications to ensure achievement of critical goals and deadlines (e.g., Energy Auction schedules, strategic BIDs, among others). * Conduct workshops and hands-on training for client teams and suppliers, ensuring adoption of G.Certifica platform best practices. * Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback (NPS), transforming client pain points into actionable insights for Gedanken’s internal Product and Process teams. 2512210202551931582
