




Description: * Completed Auxiliary or Technical Nursing course with active COREN registration * Knowledge of biological sample collection and venipuncture * Basic computer skills * Provide customer service as described in the Customer Service Policy, guide customers regarding preparation for examinations, and supply collection containers when necessary; * Verify the requisition form against the customer’s protocol, generate labels, and correct registration data when errors occur, notifying in the Qualiex system; * Guide the customer and/or accompanying person on examination routines and procedures to be performed, ensuring customer satisfaction; * Position the customer comfortably for the examination, perform dual verification of the protocol/document/questionnaire, and validate labels issued against the protocol and customer to ensure data accuracy; * Identify tubes and containers, collect or receive biological material (blood, secretions, urine, feces, etc.); * Prepare received or collected biological material by sorting onto shelves, refrigerating, centrifuging, preparing slides, separating serum and plasma, labeling tubes, etc., to ensure analyte stability and maintain analytical quality; * Prepare thermal transport cases according to Work Instructions; * Manage sector supplies by monitoring expiration dates, batch numbers, and quantities to prevent financial loss to the Company and material shortages; * Perform daily checklists for organization, restocking, and cleaning of collection booths, thermal cases, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment; * Conduct home-based sample collections whenever requested by leadership or scheduled; * Perform curve procedures—including supervised ones—exclusively by professionals trained as Auxiliary or Technical Nurses; * Screen samples via the Tasy system, entering information acquired during collection when required, to ensure result quality and avoid repeat collections; * Monitor and control refrigerator, transport container, and ambient temperatures; * Perform equipment maintenance, glucometer calibration and control, and report data to immediate leadership; * Store protocols in filing boxes and forward them to SAME; * Provide data to leadership for input into management indicators; * Report non-conformities in the Qualiex system and conduct critical analysis to ensure smooth process operation; * Transport biological samples to the Analytical Unit when necessary; * Prepare 24-hour urine containers with preservatives. 2512210202551538065
