Organized and collaborative work environment with growth potential **Position: Field Supervisor (Cleaning)** On-site | Lajeado-RS **About the Position** We are looking for a professional to serve as a **Field Supervisor**, responsible for overseeing, training, and ensuring the quality of cleaning services performed in condominiums served by the company. If you enjoy working with people, possess strong attention to detail, and have leadership qualities, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities** * Train and guide cleaning staff (routines, standards, and techniques); * Monitor service execution across condominiums; * Ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards; * Conduct periodic inspections at serviced locations; * Identify opportunities for improvement and correct operational issues; * Provide field team support; * Maintain contact with building managers and clients when necessary. **Requirements** * Experience supervising teams (preferably in cleaning/conservation); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Ability to train and develop personnel; * Valid driver's license (CNH). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in condominium cleaning; * Experience in process standardization; * Knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques. **We Offer** * Competitive salary; * Benefits (meal allowance, transportation allowance, etc.); * Organized and collaborative work environment; * Growth opportunities.
