Then, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee accident and occupational disease prevention on storage structure assembly sites, ensuring proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), as well as correct application of safety regulations and practices. * Authorize work fronts, mandatorily issuing Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA) and Work Permits (WP), including specific controls for working at heights, load handling, and other critical activities. * Conduct rigorous inspections of equipment, including Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), cranes, lifting points, lanyards, safety harnesses, retractable fall arresters, horizontal and vertical lifelines. * Supervise installation of CPEs, ensuring correctly installed safety nets, area isolation to prevent falling materials, appropriate site signage, and designated circulation routes. * Lead the Daily Safety Dialogue (DSD) at the start of each shift, delivering concise, specific guidance regarding risks associated with that day’s storage structure assembly activities. * Immediately intervene in hazardous situations, with authority to halt activities presenting severe and imminent risks, such as adverse weather conditions (e.g., strong winds), inadequate anchoring, or equipment lacking checklists or non-conforming status. * Respond to emergencies, providing first aid within the scope of authorized practice. * Routinely inspect work fronts, collecting photos, videos, and data to support risk analyses and investigate critical situations. * Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and issuing reports with recommendations and implementation deadlines. * Provide technical support for developing and reviewing the Risk Management Plan (RMP) and other documents applicable to storage structure assembly. * Maintain up-to-date legal and technical documentation for both in-house and third-party teams, ensuring compliance with internal requirements and client specifications. * Register and submit documentation via client portals, ensuring certifications, training records, and Occupational Health Certificates (OHCs) remain current. * Deliver field-specific training, empowering assemblers, analysts, and third parties as multipliers of safety best practices. * Audit internal and third-party teams, verifying correct PPE usage, procedural compliance, and adherence to safety standards. * Engage in awareness and guidance activities for diverse internal and external stakeholders, including fire brigades and Internal Accident Prevention Committees (IAPCs), conducting campaigns or ongoing programs focused on occupational accident prevention. * Suggest improvements to safety methods, processes, and devices, contributing to continuous improvement of assembly operations. * Comply with and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. * Perform additional duties of similar nature and complexity as required by the department and/or immediate supervisor, respecting defined scope of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and a technical course in Occupational Safety. * Authorization of work fronts (PRA, WP, lockout/tagout, and signage). * Labor legislation and occupational safety and health (OSH) documentation (RMP, service orders, certificates). * Regulatory and safety standards. * Safe storage structure assembly practices. * Inspection of assembly equipment (MEWPs, cranes, harnesses, lifelines). **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PSP); Health insurance plan; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (internal cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Full life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduction in working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, convenience store, kiosk, soccer fields, and beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special pricing.
