Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing the warehouse, ensuring inventory control, efficient organization and distribution of materials, and compliance with internal standards and Nestlé methodologies. Every day, we strive to grow together, demonstrate ownership mindset, and work with excellence. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Material Receiving: Inspect and receive products and materials arriving at the warehouse, verifying alignment with invoices and purchase orders. * Storage: Organize and store materials appropriately, ensuring they are safe, accessible, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards. * Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting periodic stocktakes to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Recording Inflows and Outflows: Maintain accurate records of material inflows and outflows using inventory management systems, spreadsheets, or specialized software. * Material Distribution: Fulfill requests from other departments by picking and distributing materials according to demand. * Reporting: Prepare reports on inventory movement, identifying trends and replenishment needs. * Maintaining Organization: Ensure the warehouse remains consistently clean and organized to facilitate quick material identification. * Ensure compliance with all internal/external regulations related to daily operations; * Ensure implementation of Nestlé methodologies (e.g., 5S); **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Required: Completed high school education * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role SAP system knowledge
