Physical and financial management and control of construction projects **BUDGET ANALYST** **Job Description:** READING AND INTERPRETATION OF PROJECTS (FLOOR PLANS, 3D MODELS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, ETC.), CONDUCTING QUANTITY TAKEOFFS FOR ALL ITEMS RELATED TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECTS, CONTACTING SUPPLIERS TO OBTAIN QUOTATIONS AND PRICING FOR ALL ITEMS IDENTIFIED AND QUANTIFIED IN THE PREVIOUS ITEM, STRUCTURING INFORMATION USING EXCEL SPREADSHEETS TO MAINTAIN ORGANIZED AND CLEAR DATA, GENERATING EXECUTIVE, FEASIBILITY, AND CUSTOMIZED BUDGETS AS REQUIRED AND REQUESTED, REGISTERING INPUTS AND SERVICES IN THE SIENGE DATABASE SO THEY MAY BE USED BY OTHER COMPANY DEPARTMENTS (CONSTRUCTION, PROCUREMENT, ETC.), CLARIFYING SITE MANAGERS’ QUESTIONS, MEASURING MONTHLY PHYSICAL PROGRESS OF ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT ON ONGOING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, AND ASSISTING IN THE PREPARATION OF MANAGEMENT REPORTS FOR MONITORING AND CONTROLLING THE PHYSICAL AND FINANCIAL STATUS OF ONGOING PROJECTS. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; Technical courses in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or Budgeting are advantageous; Postgraduate studies in Project Management or Planning and Control of Construction Projects are a plus. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and Health Insurance *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
