Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous development. **Join us and build your career with purpose!** **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, your main activities will include:** * Analyzing business unit performance indicators, highlighting information to drive decision-making, and suggesting and implementing action plans to achieve departmental goals; * Supporting projects by monitoring workflow, safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance indicators; * Assisting related departments in designing process and factory layouts and material flow, evaluating improvement needs and opportunities, preparing budgets, requesting approvals, and coordinating with third parties and/or internal departments to meet requirements and implement improvements; * Supporting management in project-related decision-making by identifying potential deviations, estimating expenses, tracking deliverables and possible adjustments, and providing other relevant information to support action decisions; * Critically and analytically mapping factory-area indicators, identifying causes and effects, and building solid, accurate references to enhance unit performance and meet or exceed established targets; * Keeping Management Procedures and Work Instructions up to date within the department, including drafting, submitting for approval, implementing, and controlling changes to meet process requirements and quality standards; * Supporting production cost analysis by collecting expense data, analyzing results, developing and monitoring action plans to achieve established targets; **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in the selection process, you must have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge of or certification in Advanced Excel. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe tomorrow is built by people.
