Job Summary: Legal analyst responsible for analyzing and drafting contracts, legal proceedings, notices, and administrative appeals, providing support to assistants. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and drafting of complex contracts 2. Management of legal proceedings and administrative appeals 3. Support to the legal team Analyze medium- and high-complexity contracts. Analyze legal proceedings for legal consultations by candidates. Collect necessary information for drafting contracts of interest to the company. Provide support to assistants and aides. Draft notices and counter-notices.
