




Job Summary: This role supports administrative and commercial processes, including HR, training, benefits, attendance control, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in onboarding processes and internal training 2. Assistance in managing employee benefits and attendance tracking 3. Preparation and management of administrative documents and reports Administrative/Commercial Caxias do Sul \- RS Permanent \- On-site Description and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, Support the onboarding process by verifying documentation, issuing employment contracts, collecting signatures, and delivering required documents to formalize new hires and comply with current labor legislation within legal deadlines; Support the delivery of internal training programs and the onboarding process for new employees, presenting company policies, procedures, informational materials, and other internal guidelines, while organizing training rooms and necessary resources; Assist in managing and releasing the employee benefits plan and/or service agreements per instructions, including verifying and/or processing personnel data updates, checking amounts, authorizations, and recording payments and/or deductions; Assist in tracking employee attendance by performing registrations, importing data, reviewing incidents, medical certificates, and justifications in the system; Manage the submission of documents and proof of settlement of labor and social security obligations for third-party service providers, in accordance with internal procedures. Manage, organize, and verify invoices from service providers in the department, according to defined checklists and procedures; Prepare, complete, and/or issue reports, spreadsheets, and documents upon request or as needed, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information. Requirements Basic knowledge of administrative processes; Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets – basic Excel; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields; Knowledge of HR administrative processes, recruitment and selection, and training and development is a plus; Experience with the Metadados system is a plus; Interested in this position?
