Also assists in organizing the workspace, washing utensils, and supporting dish finishing, ensuring efficiency and the required hygiene standards for proper restaurant operations. * Full schedule availability is required, as shifts rotate on a monthly basis (one month on day shift, one month on night shift, and one month on intermediate shift).
