Maintain communication with the housekeeping supervisor and/or chambermaids regarding the use and inspection of guest rooms. Prepare reports on guests without reservations, without luggage, and other related matters. Process guest check-out, monitor customer consumption, issue invoices, and perform other related tasks. Answer telephone calls and provide various types of information. Carry out other duties as directed by your immediate supervisor, among other responsibilities.
