Job Summary: Auto Center is seeking an IT Analyst to provide user technical support, monitor systems, install/configure equipment and software, and assist with system maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support and problem resolution. 2. Monitoring and correction of failures in internal systems. 3. Installation and configuration of equipment and software. Auto Center seeks an IT Analyst professional in Volta Redonda. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to company users, assisting with issues related to computers, systems, and networks. Monitor the operation of internal systems, identifying failures and taking corrective action. Perform installation and configuration of equipment and software according to defined standards. Support the maintenance, updating, and improvement of systems used by the company. Record service requests and solutions in the system, ensuring a complete history of IT incidents. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Support Analyst, IT Specialist, or Infrastructure Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
